Last Saturday, I went to Bvlgari x Yoko's high tea + skincare event to try out their new product - Masque de Lumiere 活膚抗皺面膜 and Source Defense Masque 抗氧活膚保濕面膜
The event took place at Shiro @ Pacific Place, Admiralty
Before we tried out the new products, we had a light English high tea set to satisfy our stomach.
Top layer: English scone - butter & raisin flavors; Shiro provided jam and butter
Middle Layer: bite-size Ham and Cheese sandwich
Bottom Layer: Macaroons (I tried caramel, my favorite); two types of cake: Ferrero Rocher, the other I didn't tried; and a white chocolate heart-shape mousse-like dessert
Overall, a very good high tea to start the event with <3
After the high tea, we get to learn about the new products by having Q&A section with a Bvlgari PR and Yoko. Whoever asked a question get to have a little gift from Bvlgari.
Then, a volunteer is picked to try out Bvlgari's two new products - Masque de Lumiere and Source Defense Masque.
The model has sensitive skin, and she claimed that Source Defense is cooler than Lumiere when they are both applied on her face. The Bvlgari PR showed us how to do a quick facial massage after the masque had been applied on the model's face for 15mins.
Finally, our turn to tried out the products. I had sensitive skin, so Source Defense actually absorbed faster than Lumiere.
But...but...but...Lumiere has a brightening effect which immediately lighten my skin after I applied for about 5mins. >///<
I ended up buying Lumiere home, because the brightening effect is so strong that I think I can use it before important dates. haha
After a few hours of fun, Bvlgari gave us each a sample package. *so happy~*
So happy to learn about Bvlgari's product after this event, and most importantly, thanks all the Bvlgari staffs and Yoko!!!
